Back-ordered
Backordered items will be shipped as soon as available. Items ordered together are not necessarily always shipped together.
Returns
Most of our products are 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED by the manufacturer and will display this information in the product description. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us and we will explain how to get a complete refund. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we mistakenly sent the wrong thing, email us and we'll make it right!
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY FOR CONSULTATIONS
Refunds are available only if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment - prior to the agreed upon delivery date of an email consultation. Refunds are not available once you have received your consultation.
