Planned Breedings for 2013
JeanE's Daringly Dark Storm X TamRa's Pin Striped Suit (Major pointed) - photo and pedigree coming soon.
I feel that we are custodians of this breed and mainly breed when we want a puppy to show. Unfortunately, we are not able to keep every puppy so we sometimes have a few pups to share. Please do not be offended when we interview prospective buyers. We carefully screen all interested buyers so that we may be sure we place our puppies in the best possible homes. We strive to match the puppy and new owners so that everyone is happy.
We are here to support new owners for years to come. A puppy is a long-term commitment not to be taken lightly and we prefer to place our naturally reared puppies with families willing to continue to raise and care for them naturally.
Owning a Boston Terrier is a privilege. They are deserving of our respect, love and the very best health care we can give them.

Potty Training Your Puppy
My Goals As A Breeder
As a show breeder, I am very selective in my breeding and do
not breed all the time.
My goal is to produce sound, healthy puppies that conform to the Standard as closely as possible. By breeding to the
standard, we are ensuring that future generations will continue to look like Boston Terriers, and not lose the uniqueness
that makes them stand apart.
When I evaluate a puppy, it is with an eye to the future, with the hopes of someday showing it. You see, when a puppy does
well in the show ring, it is a confirmation that I am on the right path in my breeding program. I always take health
clearances of both parents into consideration and research pedigrees and health extensively. I only and always breed to a
male that compliments the attibutes that the female lacks.
While not every puppy in a litter will make the grade to be show dogs, those that do look promising should be given the
opportunity to shine. I would ideally like to find a home where the pup may be shown someday, if they continue to develop
to their potential. I understand that this can be very frustrating to the person who is simply looking for a pet puppy and
then sees a picture of a puppy they feel they just ?HAVE TO HAVE?
We have litters 1-3 times per year and our pups usually end up in show homes (homes that have agreed to show the dog in
conformation, agility or obedience events) but, every now and then we have a "pet" available.
Our goal is NOT to supply the public with pets, but in the event that we sell a puppy as a pet, it's always sold
with a spay/neuter agreement and is sold with "AKC Limited Registration" with NO exceptions. "Limited Registration" means
the dog is recognized by AKC as a purebred dog but the dog may not be shown in AKC Conformation events (although it may be
shown in performance events) and that if any puppies are born to this dog, AKC will not recognize them.
With all of this in mind, and you are looking for a pet only, please feel free to fill out our puppy application
HERE and get it back to us. If approved, you will be
placed on our waiting list.
